Dodge his attacks if you have to then quickly cast a spell after. The rest of the fight mostly plays out like a melee character. You can run circles around it, forcing him to try to keep up with you, which will allow you to charge up and sling a spell every so often. A good way to force some space between you two is by utilizing the fountain in the middle of the bridge. The boss does not change during this part however, so continue chipping him down one hit at a time after each combo, and you'll soon have him beaten!Īs a mage, keeping distance in this fight can be tough, but not impossible.
If you hug his left shoulder, the lounge will safely pass over you, without you even needing to dodge. When the boss grabs his weapon in two hands and looks at you for several seconds, he is preparing a huge lunge.
